Testing Services
Respitech Medical, Inc. and Sleep Disorder Associates of Lancaster have partnered to provide Lancaster County with a state of the art Sleep Testing Facility. Each bedroom is furnished with a television (enabled with Dish Satellite TV), a full size bed, a locker with removable key for your security, and an adjoining full bathroom and shower.
Our multi-channel attended Polysomnograms are performed by trained technicians throughout the night. After the testing is complete, usually between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m., the patient can take their time and start their day. The test and all the real time data will be reviewed and interpreted by Dr. Neil S. Kline, a board certified Internal Medicine physician and a diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine. The interpretation is sent to the referring physician within 7 – 10 days.
Patients can be scheduled at either our lab in Lancaster or our partner lab in Columbia. Most times the patient can be scheduled within 2 weeks from the date the referral is received. We specialize in Sleep Apnea, Snoring, Insomnia, Restless Legs, Narcolepsy, Pediatric Sleep, Periodic Limb Movements, and Excessive Daytime Sleepiness.

INDUSTRIAL TESTING SERVICES
Respitech Medical has been serving the Industrial, Emergency, and Healthcare workforce for over 15 years, by providing Respirator Fit Testing and Pulmonary Function Testing.
During our respirator fit test service, subjects are closely monitored to ensure compliance regarding inspection, adjustment of the strap suspension and performance of the necessary seal checks according to OSHA Regulation 29 CFR 1910.134. Our personnel inspect all respirators and subjects are checked for appropriate size prior to testing. If the mask does not pass the test, subjects are refit and retested to obtain satisfactory results.
Testing takes approximately 15 minutes per subject to complete and each
subject receives a wallet-sized respirator fit test record card upon completion.
Employers receive reports on every subject tested and a daily summary
report.
Pulmonary Function Testing is performed using the latest computerized
equipment and software from Ferraris Respiratory and meets all OSHA, NIOSH,
Disability and American Thoracic Society standards. A Registered Respiratory Therapist oversees all testing and a
physician interpretation can be
provided upon request. Each subject
will receive his/her own disposable bacterial/viral filter for the test for
protection. Employers receive
reports on subjects tested and a daily summary report.
